Porsche 911 SC

Info
A beautifull European 911 SC in rare ‘Pacific Blue Metallic’ with just over 180.000 kms. The car is in good condition, has the MOT until April 2023 and the last MOT check revealed no remarks on the car.
This matching numbers car is in its original colour, has a 5-speed manual gearbox and stands on reproduction Fuchs but the original Fuchs wheels are still with the car. The owner added the fog lights in the front and gave the car a ‘Blaupunkt Alicante’ radio.
A truly nice car to drive, it still is powerful and the handling is great thanks to the sportive stearing wheel. The period Pascha Velour/Flanel fabric interior works well in combination with the colour of the car.

‘In 1978, Porsche introduced the new version of the 911, called the '911SC'. Porsche reintroduced the SC designation for the first time since the 356SC (as distinguished from the race engined 356 Carrera). There was no Carrera version of the 911SC. According to modern-day Porsche literature and websites (there is no period reference to SC meaning anything) the "SC" stands for "Super Carrera". It featured a 3.0-litre aluminum engine with Bosch K-Jetronic fuel injection and a 5-speed 915 transmission. Originally power output was 180 PS (130 kW; 180 hp), later 191 PS (140 kW; 188 hp) and then in 1981 it was increased to 204 PS (150 kW; 201 hp). The move to an aluminum engine was to regain case reliability, something missing for many years with magnesium.’ (Wikipedia)
