The first Classic Car Show in a long time, was held on the 11th and 12th of September in Flanders Expo Ghent. We were present with some nice cars and a tractor !
- Volkswagen Golf GLI – 1985
- BMW 2002 touring – 1973
- Alfa Romeo Alfasud Sprint 1,5 – 1979
- Porsche Junior 108 K – 1960 (tractor)
Although we were present with only 4 cars, the logistics were challenging. Stuck in traffic before the build-up and again after the end of the show.
Still a bit hesitant, there were less people and less participants. All the same, the people that came out were interested and specialists. So we had a lot of good contacts, good conversations on the topic we love most: Classic Cars.
It is not the quantity that counts but the quality they say. And indeed, other classic dealers present brought a lovely variety of cars. And the organization presented two super lovely Datsun 240 Z’s at the entrance of the Flanders Collection Cars.
Always nice to know you are backed-up by other colleagues, as I was by Nicolas of ‘The Grand Touring Company’. So we could carpool, get coffee and/or something to eat for each other.
